Admissions Consultant

At Dental School Coach, we are on a mission to help students get into dental school (and other graduate schools). We are seeking admission consultants who share the same mission and can help us serve more students. You will be supporting our students to navigate the admission process, in particular by helping them write their personal statements, secondary statements, and preparing them for the interviews.

Successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a desire to learn and grow with the company, and considerable patience, empathy, and warmth.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point person for all student questions and material reviews
  • Turn students’ work around within 24 to 48 hours
  • Work independently, but with full support from the company’s Founder

  • Current enrollment in a prestigious dental program

  • Strong skills with organization, prioritization, and attention to detail

Qualified candidates will be asked to provide comprehensive edits and feedback on a rough draft of a graduate school admissions essay. Upon satisfactory completion of the work, candidates will be invited for a brief (i.e., 30- minute) interview to discuss the position and, potentially, an offer.
